Before being elected as MLA for Edmonton-Glenora, MLA Sarah Hoffman worked as a researcher and served as a trustee for the Edmonton Public School Board, first as vice-chair and then as board chair. Over the years she has volunteered her time with many organizations, including the Alberta Association for Multicultural Education and the Alberta Community Crime Prevention Association.

MLA hoffman holds several degrees: she earned both her Bachelors and Masters of Education from the University of Alberta and her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University College of Alberta.

MLA Hoffman not only represents Edmonton-Glenora, she also serves as Minister of Health and Deputy Premier.
